If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. However, the product must be returned in its entirety.
If some tragedy befalls your package with your vase inside, please send me a photograph of the broken vase and return the flowers. I will redo your vase if desired at no additional cost and ship it to you again or provide you with a full refund upon receipt of the flowers originally mailed to you as part of the final product. You do not need to return the filler.
